Lic. Juan Hernandez Valdes

Attorney at Law with professional federal certificate number 2877845. CEO of BC Title Company, is a bilingual (English-Spanish) attorney at law with more than 20 years of experience in legal consulting, contracts, negotiations and closing transactions.

Mr. Hernandez has been trained in research techniques, civil law, notary and registry procedures, and also trained in teaching and group learning techniques, quality, client services, and human resources administration, including organization, planning and training.

When moving to Cabo in 2005, he specialized in Real Estate Transactions, working with a philosophy of providing integral solutions to customers, so no matter how easy or difficult the transaction might be, sooner or later, the close would be successful.

He founded BC Title Company after recruiting an efficient in-house team and building a network of vendors and service providers that have been working together since to provide its clients with a complete service that guarantees successful completion of their real estate transactions.

Attorney at Law with professional federal certificate number 3620530. Graduated from the Iberoamericana University in León, Gto in 2001. Mr. Arredondo has 17 years of experience in all kinds of trusts (Fideicomisos) and corporate law.

In 2007, he moves to Los Cabos to open the trust office of a Mexican bank, since then, he has been specializing in trusts procedures, legal closing process, real estate, customer service & public relations. Also, he has a lot of experience in notary and registry procedures.

Rafael has been working with BC Title since 2010, when he was a trust officer; in 2013 after he finished his labor relation with the Mexican bank he became a partner of the company.

He has excellent communication skills, legal experience on real estate transactions, collaborating in BC Title Company as public relation representative, trust expert and closing officer.

Chrys Antigua has worked in the Tourism and Hotel Industry for over a decade. Initially, in Guest Services Area and later in Operations Area; Experience in these two different areas gave her the expertise to manage projects and development in Hotel and Real Estate Industry.

In 2015 she joined an important Real Estate Agency in Los Cabos and handled the closing procedures of several properties. She also has experience in Notary and Registry processes.

Sandra studied at Administration and Commerce School in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco; Nowadays, Sandra has more than 30 years’ experience in administrative jobs.

When she arrived at Cabo in 1992, she worked at different resorts in administrative activities and then she spent 10 years as Project Manager Assistant in a timeshare resort.

She has good follow up skills, her experience includes projection and follows up on the activities plan, staff work completion, process of administrative paperwork & elaboration and control of clients & activities reports.

Sandra is collaborating in BC Title Company as Closing Coordinator where she is in charge of collecting all closing paperwork, verifying the corresponding activities are made in an efficient manner. Her duty is to follow up on the adequate progress of each file.

Jonathan studied law at “UGC” University in Cabo San Lucas, BCS, he has worked in different real estate agencies and legal firms, this background together with his great attitude allows him to do very efficient work in his area.

His main responsibility is to do all procedures and requests to obtain documents from the government offices. His knowledge and experience allow him to have an effective control over the activities to be done and the documents to be obtained. He is the person in charge of recording the Property Titles into the Public Registry Offices.
