Juan Hernández Valdés is the attorney at BC Title Company here in Cabo San Lucas. In December of 2011, we purchased our home here in Cabo Bello. Juan was instrumental in getting our closing completed before the government offices closed for the Christmas Holidays. He and his staff did an outstanding job of getting all of our closing documents pulled together on very short notice. They also facilitated getting our appointments at the Notaria before they closed for the holidays, as well as finding an interpreter for our closing.

He and his staff also assisted us in getting our utilities switched over to our name and getting all of our services taken care of; electricity, water, phone and cable. For us being new to the area, their services made our transition to a new home a smooth and happy one.
